Since we do not charge for children to stay in your room, we do not guarantee hotel bed space for them. Rollaways may be available upon check-in at your expense.

We will be selling tickets for children for the event and dinner. All children over 1 year old must have ticket: Child ticket price: $349 USD

Cancellations can be made until July 11, 2025 however, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!

Deposits are accepted but NOT refundable. The balance is due June 15, 2025. Balances must be paid on or before June 15, 2025.

On or around June 15, 2025, we will attempt to charge the balance to the card used to make the deposit. Please make sure funds are available at that time.

Unpaid partial payments after June 15, 2025 will lose priority for a room with two (2) double beds and lose priority for a room at the Host Hotel. This also applies when your credit card is declined when it is charged for the final payment after the cut-off date.
Rooms are available on a first come first served basis. If the block at the first hotel fills up, then we will go to an overflow hotel(s). Everyone must stay at our block of hotels to participate. If you are doubling up with a roommate, please submit only ONE registration!

Rooms with two (2) beds are EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please reserve EARLY!
