Since we do not charge for children to stay in your room, we do not guarantee hotel bed space for them. Rollaways may be available upon check-in at your expense.

Deposits are accepted but NOT refundable. The balance is due June 10, 2024. Balances must be paid on or before June 10, 2024.

Unpaid partial payments by June 10, 2024 will lose priority for a room with two (2) double beds and lose priority for a room at the Host Hotel. This also applies when your credit card is declined when it is charged for the final payment after the cut-off date.
Rooms are available on a first come first served basis. Everyone must stay at our block of hotels to participate. If you are doubling up with a roommate, please submit only ONE registration form!

Rooms with two (2) beds are EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please reserve EARLY! Also, please note not to expect beds for children
