STEP THREE: TERMS AND CONDITIONS



PLEASE REVIEW AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING REGISTRATION POLICIES:



  1. Remember, this event is a Business Expense which is a tax write off and An Investment In Yourself Toward Success

  2. Rooms are available on a first come first served basis. If the block at the first hotel fills up, then we will go to an overflow hotel(s). Everyone must stay at our block of hotels to participate. If you are doubling up with a roommate, please submit only ONE registration!

  3. Deposits are accepted but NOT refundable. The balance is due December 10th, 2025. Balances must be paid on or before December 10th, 2025.

    On or around December 10th, 2025, we will attempt to charge the balance to the card used to make the deposit. Please make sure funds are available at that time.


    Unpaid partial payments after December 10th, 2025 will lose priority for a room with two (2) double beds and lose priority for a room at the Host Hotel. This also applies when your credit card is declined when it is charged for the final payment after the cut-off date.

  4. Rooms are available on a first come first served basis. If the block at the first hotel fills up, then we will go to an overflow hotel(s). Everyone must stay at our block of hotels to participate. If you are doubling up with a roommate, please submit only ONE registration!

  5. Cancellations can be made until Friday, January 2, 2026, however, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!

  6. Rooms with two (2) beds are EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please reserve EARLY!

  8. Reservation confirmations will be emailed December 16, 2025. If you register after this date, come to the GES/THIS IS IT TEAM | ALL IN! Event Registration Desk on Friday, January 8, 2026 for your hotel assignment.

STEP FOUR:
CONFIRM DETAILS


When you press submit on the payment form, your credit card will be charged the balance listed in the "Total To Charge Today" field. On December 10, 2025, we will attempt to charge the balance due on the reservation with the card used to make the deposit.

If you entered an e-mail address you will be e-mailed a confirmation of this transaction to give you the status of your credit card authorization.
