The tournament committee requires that all out-of-town teams utilize one of our contracted tournament hotels. Teams that do not will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance. Rooms will be booked at one of our partner hotels that are committed to the success of our tournaments.


Each team registering for a CSA tournament must make its hotel reservation request through Global Event Services, LLC, by completing the form below. Only the team contact needs to register for their team housing. Once you successfully register by completing the below, a partner hotel representative will contact you to finalize your team reservation request.

PLEASE NOTE: Rooms in your hotel assignment will have either Two Beds OR a King with Sleeper Sofa. EACH room type will accommodate up to FOUR persons. Please note, there may be a mix of these bed types. Specific bed types are not guaranteed.



PLEASE NOTE: If you are registering a tournament housing request for multiple teams, we will work towards assigning those to one hotel. However, it may not be possible and we cannot guarantee that multiple teams will be assigned to the same hotel. Once you successfully register by completing the below, a partner hotel representative will contact you to finalize your team reservation request.
