Global Event Services (GES) is a full service meeting, event, conference, and convention-planning company headquartered in Charlotte, NC. We represent customers in the government, sporting, corporate, direct selling, religious and non-profit industries.
We specialize in site-selection, contract negotiations, event planning, housing & registration, on site event execution and catering. We have access to over 3,000 premium speakers and entertainers. GES has working relationships with over 20 award winning Production companies located all over the United States.

We have organized and executed events ranging from 50 to 40,000 people in size. We are Certified Meeting Professionals and our Leadership staff has over 85 years of combined experience in the event industry.
